1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to orbiturevs's luxury vehicle rental services
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual renting a vehicle
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to orbiturevs
• "Vehicle" refers to the rental car provided under this agreement
• "Rental Period" refers to the agreed duration from collection to return
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions and the rental contract

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and orbiturevs.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from orbiturevs, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license or approved international permit
• Possess driving experience of at least 2 years
• Provide valid identification (NRIC, passport, or work permit)
• Provide a valid credit card for security deposit
• Have no major traffic violations in the past 12 months

Additional requirements may apply for Outer Orbit tier vehicles. We reserve the right to verify credentials and refuse service if requirements are not met.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. All reservations require confirmation from orbiturevs before they are considered valid.

4.2 Advance Booking Requirements

• Inner Orbit: Minimum 24 hours advance booking recommended
• Mid Orbit: Minimum 48 hours advance booking
• Outer Orbit: Minimum 48 hours advance booking required

4.3 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation, including vehicle tier, rental period, total cost, collection location, and terms specific to your booking.

4.4 Vehicle Availability

While we strive to honor all bookings, vehicle availability is subject to operational circumstances. If your selected vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or provide a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Rental Rates

Current pricing is displayed on our website and in booking confirmations. All rates are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. Full payment is required before vehicle collection unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

5.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental:

• Inner Orbit: SGD 1,500
• Mid Orbit: SGD 3,000
• Outer Orbit: SGD 5,000

The deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after vehicle return, provided the vehicle is returned in documented condition with no violations or damages.

5.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Late return (SGD 100 per hour beyond grace period)
• Fuel replacement (if not returned full)
• Traffic violations and parking fines
• Cleaning fees for excessive interior soiling
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Toll and ERP charges exceeding included credits

6. Vehicle Collection and Return

6.1 Collection Procedure

At collection, you must present valid identification and driving license. We will conduct a vehicle orientation covering controls, features, and condition documentation. You must sign the rental agreement and condition report before departing.

6.2 Return Procedure

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location during operating hours unless alternative arrangements have been made. A final condition inspection will be conducted. Late returns incur additional charges.

6.3 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with full fuel tanks and must be returned with the same level. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges at commercial rates plus an administration fee.

7. User Responsibilities

As the renter, you agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws
• Use the vehicle only within Singapore unless prior written approval obtained
• Not permit anyone other than yourself to drive the vehicle
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any issues promptly
• Secure the vehicle when unattended and protect against theft
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or commercial transport
• Not modify, alter, or remove any vehicle components
• Not engage in racing, rallies, or competitive driving events
• Not transport hazardous materials or excessive cargo
• Pay all traffic fines, parking tickets, and violations incurred during rental

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 Included Coverage

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage with standard deductibles. Coverage details are provided in your rental agreement.

8.2 Deductibles

In the event of damage, the renter is responsible for the deductible amount specified in the rental agreement. Enhanced coverage options are available at additional cost to reduce or eliminate deductibles.

8.3 Excluded Circumstances

Insurance does not cover:

• Damage caused by violation of terms
• Damage from negligence or reckless driving
• Interior damage or staining
• Lost keys or security devices
• Damage from unauthorized drivers
• Damage outside Singapore without approval

9. Cancellation and Modifications

9.1 Cancellation by Renter

• More than 72 hours before collection: Full refund
• 48-72 hours before collection: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

9.2 Modifications

Rental modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur adjustment fees. Contact us at least 48 hours before your rental period to request changes.

9.3 Cancellation by orbiturevs

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or comparable alternative vehicle.

10. Termination of Rental

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle without notice if:

• You provide false information or documentation
• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You use the vehicle for illegal activities
• The vehicle is not returned by the agreed time
• We reasonably believe the vehicle is at risk

Termination does not waive any amounts owed, and additional charges may apply for retrieval costs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• orbiturevs is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental period
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted vehicle availability or specific features
• Force majeure events release us from contractual obligations

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, mediation through Singapore Mediation Centre may be pursued.

13. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with your rental agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and orbiturevs regarding our services.
